Everything but the Kitchen Sink

My family and I have a problem with food. We have a tendency to hoard food but not on purpose. Our problem can be pretty much explained in one simple formula:

Weekly grocery ads + Caving into random cravings = Jam-packed fridge and overload of leftovers

So, the theme of today's meals is Everything but the Kitchen Sink.

Breakfast - Overnight Oats

Last of TJ's rolled oats, 1/2 medium banana - sliced, 3 strawbs - sliced and nonfat greek yogurt. In the morning, I topped this with the remaining fun-sized pack of Nuts About Granola Lover's Combo granola, handful of cacao nibs, Wild Squirrel PB, and heart-shaped pineapple from V-Day.

Lunch - Totally Random Mix

Small purple yam - sliced, 2 pieces of roasted salmon, leftover chopped carrots, 1/2 of a red bell pepper, 1/2 of a way overripe avocado, and a boiled egg.

Served with a random fruit salad - strawbs, more heart-shaped pineapple, leftover guava from our very fertile guava tree, and chocolate-covered strawbs.

Dinner - More Randomness

Even though it's nowhere near dinner time, I'm thinking that this will probably be my dinner.

Last of cottage cheese that is currently on life support, stale Nature's Path Flax Plus Flakes cereal, dollop of Ha's Farm Pom Apple Jam, and a handful of cacao nibs (just because I love chocolate). =)
