Attack of the Sweet Tooth

Nothing exciting going on in the kitchen today BUT I am pretty excited to be going to Disneyland tomorrow where I plan on indulging on sweets galore. You know how people say they have a sweet tooth? I think I have sweet teeth. My love for chocolate, candy, desserts, and anything sweet is pretty hardcore. I never tire of sweets and make a point of eating dessert first whenever possible because by the time you finish eating your main course you are too full to eat dessert or fully appreciate it. So, whenever possible, I try to stick to my personal golden rule: Dessert First. Everything else second. Dessert, Appetizer, then Entree.
Anyways,  I cannot wait to re-stock on some Disney candy and gobble up lots of glorious, delectable treats. Here is a preview of what I plan on eating and buying tomorrow.

  3. Hi Cassie! I don't know how you feel about chocolate and peanut butter. But if you like those two, you must try the chocolate peanut butter sandwich that can be found at the Winnie the Pooh store by Splash Mountain and probably Main Street but I don't know where. Also, the Cookie Dough ice cream at the Gibson Parlor is DIVINE! If you like s'mores, their s'mores sandwich is pretty good but I personally feel that their chocolate peanut butter sandwich is better. Also, stay away from Disney's cookies. They may look delicious BUT they are too salty and kind of dry? So, basically, you must try these three and any of their chocolate candies/treats, like the chocolate cashew cluster, peanut brittle, and various fudge. A lot of people like the chocolate honeycombs. I tried it but I didn't like it. But I'm not a huge fan of honey so that's probably why.Oh yea, and there cotton candy is the best! On a non-related sweets topic, I think you should try the hot link corn dog from Corn Dog Castle. You can either get it from the actual Corn Dog Castle at California Adventure or from the Hot Dog stand on Main Street. If you aren't into spicy foods, their regular corn dog is pretty good too. I also love their turkey and chimichanga but those two are pretty monstrous so definitely share. Also, if you are a coffee addict like me, go to the Market Store on Main Street (it's on your right side). Keep your receipt and you get free refills all day. Lemme know if you have any other questions. =)
